There is nothing that should lead us to believe that teaching techniques cannot advance just as business and manufacturing techniques advance. We have learned a lot in the last 50 years, in the last 100 years, about how children learn. Some of that has implications for how we construct a classroom and how we run a class. We need modern facilities.
