I cannot guarantee that everyone who is fracking is doing it that way, but certainly what appears to be is that a lion's share of the people are doing it responsibly.

If I look at other countries and how they are borrowing from our playbook--we have a long history of funding our research and development through our national labs, through our universities, and even in some companies.

We think that research, development, and demonstration of those advanced biofuels is something very much in the interest of the United States.

I think domestic production should be part of a coherent plan going forward in what we need to do with our transportation fuel.
