(5) ``Non-Defense Environmental Cleanup'', $2,400,000. (6) ``Science'', $49,800,000. (7) ``Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy'', $14,889,000. (b) The amounts otherwise made available by this Act for the following accounts are hereby reduced by the following amounts: (1) ``Power Marketing Administrations--Construction, Rehabilitation, Operation and Maintenance, Western Area Power Administration'', $2,209,000.
