It seems to me that it is common sense that as we do rulemaking at the Agency, when we base it upon a record, scientific conclusions, that we should be able to see the data and methodology that actually caused those conclusions.

It is important to make sure that the methodology and data accompany those conclusions so that the American people can make informed decision about the rules and whether they actually are based upon sound science.
