I think one of the most important things we can do for the American people is provide that type of discussion.

It is important to make sure that the methodology and data accompany those conclusions so that the American people can make informed decision about the rules and whether they actually are based upon sound science.

Would you be willing to commit to looking into whether funding can and will be made available for what we believe is a very important training?

I think that measuring with precision human activity on the climate is something very challenging to do and there is tremendous disagreement about the degree of impact.
