When the government gives you rights, the government can take them away.
Power in government is almost always abused and this is abuse and it isn't Democrats and it isn't Republicans, it's both of them.
Let's hope that we can get the progressives together with the libertarians and the constitutionalists and say enough is enough.
I think there has been a few of us who have been warning about this, and voted against the Patriot Act, voted against these FISA courts. So it doesn't surprise me a bit.
