No, I don't think it's clear to anybody, because the Congress hasn't even discussed it, so we certainly wouldn't know. But getting the authority from the U.N. to go into Libya for humanitarian reasons, it doesn't say very much. There's a lot of militarism going on there, and I don't know how much humanitarianism is going on.
