I said, ``Read this book, because I think it is something good for us to get to when we organize as a freshman class in 1992.'' How do I get on the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs? Great committee, but I got there because there were four slots they could not fill. They could not deny me that committee slot.”
