No. We certainly didn't, and I would tell you that what we saw on the first videotape was troubling to us in it of itself. But what we saw yesterday was extremely clear, it was extremely graphic and it was sickening.

I think we have had people with uncompromising integrity. Robert Muller, an example, who I think you asked me the same question last fall with a conflict of interest. Their integrity is impeccable.

I think we have been very clear about our programs, and we obviously evaluate them all the time, not just for how they get better but also to make sure that they’re consistent with the law.

Because I acknowledge my mistake, August 28th, I said we didn't get this right. We're going to make changes.
