Well, look, it's obviously a blow to the Republicans who are supporting this repeal and replace. And it was a replacement. That's what they advertised it as. It was supposed to replace Obamacare. And Donald Trump said over and over again during the campaign and he said again after he was president that nobody would lose coverage.
