I believe it will represent perhaps the single greatest strategic mistake in the national security area in the past 35-plus years of my career.

I identify what I call five fatal flaws to the agreement.

Once you allow Iran to maintain and in fact under this agreement expand a large-scale infrastructure for enrichment, the agreement in and of itself explicitly recognizes at that point Iran as a nuclear weapons threshold state.

It is certainly better that Iran, at declared facilities, is spinning fewer centrifuges rather than more centrifuges.
