I think the bottom line is both parties tend to see too much concentration of power in those safe states, and that ends up being bad for the people that they’re supposed to be serving.

That deficit, we’ve got to do something to address it.

There is a certain point at which we should just have a rule that says, ‘Hey, I’m sure you’re doing great. We just don’t wanna have another four or six years of crossing our fingers and hoping you’re gonna continue to do great for another…
