Rob Ford: “Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine.”

Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine, but no -- do I? Am I an addict? No. Have I tried it? Probably in one of my drunken stupors.

I did not use crack cocaine, nor am I an addict of crack cocaine. Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine. But no -- do I? Am I an addict? No. Have I tried it? Probably in one of my drunken stupors.

It was out of sheer stupidity. That's all it was. I'm not going to blame something or use an excuse or cop out. I take full responsibility for my mistakes.

I have been under tremendous, tremendous stress. The stress is largely in my own making. I have apologized and I have tried to move forward. This has proven to be almost impossible.
