The point is, if it's their intention to interfere, they are going to find ways to do that.

Secretary Tillerson has been clear that any resolution must provide a path to achieving the restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity and the safety and security for all its citizens, regardless of language, ethnicity, or religion.

We will see the world for what it is, be honest with ourselves and the American people, follow the facts where they lead us, and hold ourselves and others accountable.

We have already done that through our diplomatic mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and have called for a full investigation.
