What you're seeing is the residuals from a system prior to Katrina that was broken. Katrina is exposing everything in its rawest forms now.

Don't tell me 40,000 people are coming here. They not here. It's too dog gone late. Get off your behind and let's do something and let's fix the biggest crisis in the history of this country.

I love New York City, wonderful New York. I tell you what I will never do again is refer to that site as a hole. It's a sacred, you know, site that is presently in an undeveloped state.
