One of the things that's the most awesome about our democracy is how we have a peaceful transfer of power.
For me, leading the Department of the Navy is the greatest honor of my life.
I would never, ever, ever do anything to lower the combat readiness or the reliability of the United States military.
But if you've got someone issuing unlawful orders during that time, trying to hold on to power after an election that they lost, then foreign adversaries, they're going to seize on that.
