Congress should require defense industrial base participation in threat intelligence-sharing programs.

We have told them that they can't do this alone. They need the help of agencies to scale up the kind of assistance that is needed.

This current crisis is appalling. It is sad. It is outrageous.

What we are motivated by are two things that I would like to highlight. One, there does need to be accountability for any abuses and violations.
