The public and private sectors, along with key international partners, must collaborate to build resilience and reshape the cyber ecosystem.

We need to make sure that we strengthen the norms, we make sure that we use that diplomatic power.

I think there`s a really good chance that that is the exact kind of message that moderate independent voters want to hear.
