I choose today to spend my time talking about a very serious crisis that Gale Norton can help us with. The American people are just finding out that we have an energy crisis of serious proportions. We are on the Budget Committee and we will be talking about grave matters, such as Dr. Greenspan's statement about the surplus being so big and how we ought to start giving back to the people. The most important thing in our society is the energy that moves every American's daily life.
