I know of many areas they can compete, and they are not competing because of trade barriers, because of tariffs, and because of the selectivity of some of the governmental entities in terms of who they pick and choose. That part is a little risky on their end. It may be a small amount of product, but it could be a very big wave if they are not careful.”
