Thank you, Senator Hollings, for your kind remarks. I don't agree with your theory or your conclusions, but I appreciate working with you over the years. Your dedication to getting the debt under control has not gone unnoticed over the years. We had an unusual recovery with huge amounts of new taxes coming in that neither you or I expected. Society has changed, no doubt about that.
