Of course, for those under the average it would be less. But is it not true that you have heard, as I have, that some people do not get married who are living together saying they are doing better on taxes without being married, and that this is frequently used in conversation if not in reality?

Well, I would just say that, sometimes when we are working on trying to solve this fiscal problem, the recognition that a long-term fix is what is needed puts many people in the position that they do not know how you do that and do it now.
