That is clearly a part of it, no question.

It seems to me that sooner or later something has to be done. The economy is suffering from an awful lot of people not knowing what is going to happen.

I believe that that has to happen. I guess the rest is, I hope it happens, and the sooner the better, in my mind.

Frankly, I think we gave you a plan that is really doable.
