I told you awhile ago that I was going to do my very best. We are short a significant amount of money in the President's budget in terms of cleanup which will have a big effect on Idaho, your State, and South Carolina. I want you to know, I am still working on that. Contrary to what some people would think, we can do it under this budget. We are going to work very hard with you to see that we can.”
