There is no question. One of the major oil companies has invested a huge amount of money. I think the initial investment allowed was $4 billion to experiment with a project that would in situ, on sight--rather than picking mines, they would boil the oil in the ground and siphon it out. That price was put around $50, $50 to $60 before they would consider it feasible to invest money. We are long past that, for that kind of an experiment. If it works, then the next steps have to be taken. It will be expensive, but $50 a barrel versus $120, there is a lot of room for play.

Well, I would just say that, sometimes when we are working on trying to solve this fiscal problem, the recognition that a long-term fix is what is needed puts many people in the position that they do not know how you do that and do it now.
