obviously there is no time agreement, but I understand Senator Byrd is ready to go, to proceed with his amendment. I understand that is going to be accepted. We will have somebody take my place here to manage our side. I yield the floor.

I believe that that has to happen. I guess the rest is, I hope it happens, and the sooner the better, in my mind.
We may not know all the answers that you seek of us because we did not have a lot of time to study in detail the more intricate health care issues.
We are currently working on a process which would assure that we could have the vote on the tax cuts.
