I thank the gentleman for offering the amendment, and I completely agree with him. I don't think there's any evidence that except for some of the people like the Wall Street Journal who say this, I don't see any evidence of it; and as the gentleman says, if there was evidence, Congress would not approve of project labor agreements. So I, again, rise in strong support of the LaTourette amendment and urge that it be adopted. I yield back the balance of my time.
