I actually think it is important for others, women, because it will often be women who find themselves having to carry the can for the actions of men.

I am delighted to be taking part in the Corridors of Power TPDF Masterclass to help a new generation of female leaders overcome these challenges.

I hope this show is entertaining, but I hope it sparks a debate about whether the country is properly prepared.

It is about courage, and courage sometimes in the face of short-term push-back and unpopularity.
