We need more women in leadership across all walks of life. However, in our traditionally male-dominated world, women aspiring to or holding positions of power face unique challenges.

I have been utterly cleared after a very stressful two-year investigation, totally cleared, was not even considered for prosecution.

It is about courage, and courage sometimes in the face of short-term push-back and unpopularity.
