Well, war crimes are spelled out very clearly, any number of fora, including the Geneva Conventions. But what is - what we are doing, what is important to us, and what we will continue to do, are a couple things. One, to provide our Ukrainian partners precisely what they need, to defend their country, which they are doing valiantly, in a way that President Putin has not expected.
