For the Record, there were several people on my staff who worked so hard over the last 7 years: Herman ``Bubba'' Gesser, Allen Richey, Paul Rainwater, Kathleen Strottman, Jason Matthews, Jason Schendle, Stephanie Leger, Robert Bailey, Jennifer Lancaster, Tanner Jackson, Mark Tiner, Lauren Jardell, Elaine Kimbrell and Lucia Marker-Moore. That is how long this bill has been going on. I have literally had 12 people in and out of the Projects Department working on this bill.
