I am glad I was able to accommodate our colleague. At this time I send a modification to amendment No. 414 to the desk and ask unanimous consent that we discuss this slightly modified version. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to the modification of the amendment? Without objection, the amendment is so modified. The amendment, as modified, is as follows: On page 194, line 13, after ``tsunami:'' insert ``Provided further, That of the funds appropriated under this heading, not less than $25,000,000 should be made available to support initiatives that focus on the immediate and long-term needs of children for protection and permanency, including the registration of unaccompanied children, the reunification of children with their immediate or extended families, assistance to improve the capacity of governments and appropriate private entities to facilitate domestic and international adoption of orphaned children, the protection of women and children from violence and exploitation, and activities designed to prevent the capture of children by armed forces and promote the integration of war affected youth:''.
