The one thing that separates me -- and I think there are others -- from Mayor Ray Nagin, is the ability actually to get the job done, to work with other people, to understand how the process works, to take an idea from nothing, to turn it into soup to nuts and actually make it happen, as opposed to just floating it out there, hoping somebody picks it up and then blaming people when it doesn't get done.
