I have an amendment at the desk, No. 92. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 2, line 24, strike ``limitation'' and insert ``limitations''. Page 3, strike lines 1 and 2, and insert the following: ``(2) Limitations.--The plan required by paragraph (1) shall not-- ``(A) provide for a total increase in Page 3, line 5, strike ``percent.'' and insert ``percent; or''. Page 3 after line 5, insert the following: ``(B) authorize the participation, including in any lease auction that occurs pursuant to such plan, by any corporation or entity that the Secretary determines contributed to price- gouging in the oil and gas sector in 2022.
