The senior Senator from Illinois is correct and I thank him for his kind words. He is correct with regard to the purpose and intended effect of this section. My understanding is that the antidumping duty order covering these entries has recently been revoked. I also understand that the domestic industry association that was the complainant in the dumping proceedings is aware of this legislation and does not object.
