Well, first of all, MJ is absolutely right. You don't have an agreement with Hamas. And even if you have an agreement, you don't have an agreement because they don't negotiate in good faith.

The Israeli public opinion is running very high against providing this type of aid to the Palestinians. There is a deep feeling among the Israeli public that the Palestinian population in Gaza was highly supportive of Hamas.
