This is not a Republican or Democratic issue. You go back in the first two years of the Obama administration. The Democrats have the White House, the Senate and Congress, and they did nothing.

There is nothing that is going to save coal miners' jobs. They will continue to decline as technology gets better and as we use less coal, but it's mainly the technology that's doing it.
