Well, of course. I mean, she is and she also is smart to be very clear that she has options and she's considering those.

It is not what we promised our families, and I am really glad that we have the opportunity today to talk about what is required to deliver this promise to our constituents.

We need to ask ourselves how it is that in a time of economic recovery, we did not win and -- or in some cases even engage in the economic conversation that Americans wanted to hear from us.
