the agency would serve 7 million more beneficiaries with 7,000 fewer full-time staff than in FY 2015.

They are driving people out there with a viciousness that I believe will collapse the agency…. We have a 50-year low in staffing while the Baby Boomer generation is swelling their ranks.

It is not what we promised our families, and I am really glad that we have the opportunity today to talk about what is required to deliver this promise to our constituents.
