The Republican Party was never the party of freedom. And we need to be very clear, it’s not just Doug Mastriano. Every candidate who’s running for the state house in the state Senate on the Republican side, they support this guy.

Doug has the most extreme position possibly of any candidate running to have a complete total ban on abortion, no exceptions, no time.

This is the Republican Party. This is who they are. We can't wish that away. We can't hope it away. We have to stare reality in the face and recognize that this is what they believe.

Philadelphians fought back, and I could not be more proud of how we stood together.
