I declare to the big powers of the world that Iran and the Iranian government will follow the path to achieve peaceful nuclear technology.

I propose that we sit and have a debate, to talk about our positions, to discuss issues and allow everyone around the world to hear the debate.

It's not the nuclear bomb that the American government is afraid of, for there are countries in our region who are armed with a nuclear bomb, and are supported, by chance, by the United States government.

We need the peaceful nuclear technology for energy, medical and agricultural purposes, and our scientific progress.
