A democracy is always a journey.

I have not found that being a woman is a handicap. In fact, I've found it a terrific gender to be.

The failure to pay our old U.N. bills undermines our ability to recruit allies with the kind of structural reform that Congress demands.

I don't think it's a western concept that we're too pushy about. I don't believe you can ever be too pushy about democracy.
