The Department looks forward to working with Congress to reenvision these programs to support underprepared or under-resourced students without relying on race quotas.
The Department has taken additional steps to better reach American students and families and root out the education bureaucracy that has burdened states and educators with unnecessary oversight.
Schools must allow parents to review all education records of their student, including any document related to a student’s ‘gender identity’.
