It's an outrage, because a jury of 12 found her guilty of a second degree murder. And a judge long after the trial was over decided to dismiss that charge, and that's what's disturbing because justice was circumvented in this case.

It's heartbreaking, because where's the truth in sentencing? We have a problem in California where people will do about roughly half the amount of time they are supposed to. They get released. They give them time for good credit, work…

The judge absolutely should have admonished him and told him if he's going to carry on and act out like that in the courtroom, then he can be removed from the courtroom.
