It's an outrage, because a jury of 12 found her guilty of a second degree murder. And a judge long after the trial was over decided to dismiss that charge, and that's what's disturbing because justice was circumvented in this case.

It is a media circus. I just came off of Modesto, the Peterson case. Before that I was in Eagle for Kobe and there are twice as many media vehicles and satellite trucks here.
The judge absolutely should have admonished him and told him if he's going to carry on and act out like that in the courtroom, then he can be removed from the courtroom.
Again, choosing African-American jurors, I think, to serve will definitely benefit the defense.
