To have someone coming into a scientific agency that is a vaccine skeptic and may well undo decades of public health work, I think, it is terrifying for the American public who rely on HHS from cradle to grave.

There needs to be a national strategy where the federal government plots out how to get the vaccine to various locations where the most vulnerable folks are.

It is extraordinarily dangerous to have information presented as if it has a scientific base, as if it is legitimate, as if there is any debate.
