Karine Jean-Pierre: “That day was one of the darkest day of our democracy. Our democracy was attacked.”

It is so important that we step in as one of a leading country in the globe, in the world, when it comes to democracy, fighting for democracy.

We obviously take these threats very seriously, but we have not seen any reason to adjust our own nuclear posture at this time.

We did not get everything right but I was very proud of everything that I did. I don’t take anything back.

We need to be clear-eyed and questioning, rather than blindly loyal and obedient as we may have been in the past.
