Canadians connecting with Canadians is the answer to any challenge (that comes) forward, and challenge of people who want to divide this country.

Today, the United States launched a trade war against Canada. At the same time, they’re talking about working positively with Russia, appeasing Vladimir Putin — a lying, murderous dictator. Make that make sense.

I see Canadians right across the country strong and united again about standing up for our country and our values. And I know that’s going to help the government get to the right place.

That is how to make immigration work, and that’s the challenge that we all have to try and do in a very difficult and complicated time.
