We are checking with the Democratic side, but if the Senator is agreeable, the Senator from North Dakota is going to speak for half an hour, and at the conclusion of his speech, I suggest we go to a vote, if the Senator from Louisiana wishes to have a recorded vote, or we can accept the amendment.
