I point out to the Senator, as I know and he knows, by not stacking the votes we add a considerable amount of time to this exercise. We are trying to move these amendments in a prompt and reasonable fashion. I think that has been shown in the process throughout the weeks here. We end up delaying if we don't stack votes.
